Take the Director’s Chair! Do you have a show you’ve been dreaming of bringing to the BDACT stage? This is your last chance to pitch your project for the 2027 season!

As we lean into celebrating our country’s 250th birthday, it seems fitting to reflect on the history and evolution of both American theatre and the theatrical journey of the Beaver Dam Area Community Theatre (BDACT).

The Beaver Dam Area Community Theatre is accepting applications for the Jerome H. Kamps Memorial Award. The $500 award, which was established by the Kamps family in 2016, will be granted to a 2025 high school graduate who has been actively engaged in BDACT and other theater activities and is pursuing a post-high school education.

Beaver Dam Area Community Theatre (BDACT) is seeking a new Director for the One Voice Children’s Chorus (Grades 3-5).

The BDACT Stagecraft Club is where creativity meets hands-on learning, bringing the magic of the stage to life. From building and assembling to painting and finishing, members work alongside the set designer and director to create the sets and props that help bring a show to life.

The Production Coordinator is the central hub of our production season, supporting directors and teams in bringing their visions to life. Part-Time (Up to 15 hours/week) - Please submit your application by Friday, May 22, 2026.
