Want to earn a little money while doing something you love? BDACT Directors and Coordinators earn a stipend plus 6% of show/event profits. Tell-A-Tale children’s theatre Directors are now paid $25 an hour per time with student actors plus 6% of show profits.
The next meeting of the show and event selection committee meeting will be on Sunday, January 26 at 6:30 pm. Please contact Managing Director, David Saniter, by Monday, January 16 with your interest in directing or coordinating an event and for help with the proposal process, budgeting or any questions. Meetings take place at the BDACT Fine Arts Center located at 117 West Maple Avenue in Beaver Dam. BDACT is currently booking shows through December 31, 2020. Before a production can be approved, a play director must have a producer and stage manager. Musical directors must also have a vocal director, pit conductor and choreographer lined up.
